What We Did: LaBrie Property Maintenance & Landscaping LLC With LaBrie Property Maintenance & Landscaping LLC, we loves to spend hours outside turning what was once a frame of nothing but a shell of what a beautiful place should have been and making it a reality with services buzzing around us. We recently finished a for a great client in the greater Salem, NH area that is located in the heart of Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts. We undertook the complete landscape , marrying both form and function in creating outdoor living spaces that complemented the beauty of the home. Drawing on their expertise, our team began to design a tiered garden, using indigenous plants that survive in the region's climate to reinforce the sustainability and biodiversity of the area. We found a beautiful local stone to create a handmade, dramatic, but functional retaining wall that served double duty as eye candy. A challenge for the property is its slope how do you make a usable area but also prevent soil erosion? By implementing more advanced techniques as well as erosion control techniques again, we were able to take the rugged country side and turn it into a beautiful space. To provide more options for the homeowner we also added a custom paver patio that flows perfectly into a fire pit area where the homeowner can enjoy their outdoor space. They are made from long-lasting material so they are durable and can also be inviting. Finally, we added well-placed lights as accents to light up these features at night to make it feel warm and inviting towards the evening hours. Our client is ecstatic the new oasis that has been created in their yard, a seamless landscape that offers both a calm escape as well as adds real value to their property.
