Oceanfront Residence by AGTLAND, P.A. Situated with a beachfront view, the 'Oceanfront Residence' by AGTLAND, P.A embodies relaxation and elegance, harmonizing nature with artistry. AGTLAND, P.A. accepted the challenge of turning this large oceanfront parcel between Boca Raton and Boynton Beach into a tranquil paradise for the active communities it serves. The landscape was specially designed to integrate with the coastal nature surrounding it. Beneath those shrubs and grasses, native plantings that are well-suited to the salty air, including colorful sea oats and resilient oleanders, create an attractive garden that benefits the local ecology as well. Natural flow and inventive passageways are inviting and follow the easily laid custom stone pathways from property harvested coral stone that meander gently through the lush flora. One of the major challenges that we encountered was because of the property which also lay at a higher level to the ocean and as such, we had to think laterally to devise effective stormwater control designs. We designed a cutting edge drainage system so that all this beautiful landscape would not be lost with torrential rains and that the hardscapes would be re used efficiently. A beautiful infinity pool, bordered in tropical landscaping, takes place as the focal point of this opulent property. The pool area is lined with graceful palm trees and vibrant bougainvillea creating a tranquil oasis within a sea of privacy set against an awe-inspiring ocean backdrop. An outdoor kitchen and dining area were also built into the design, providing the homeowners with the ideal space to enjoy al fresco dining in their surroundings. Alas, the combined outcome, which astoundingly impressed the client, is a perfect marriage of both form and function. AGTLAND, P.A. therefore develops the 'Oceanfront Residence' as an example of its quality of landscaping. So here is one of those renovations which increase the value of the property and give you a good place to hang out and enjoy to get the real sense of living close to the coast.
