Green Acres Landscape & Design Inc. is pleased to introduce our latest , 'Landscapes', located in the heart of the Greater Indianapolis Area, specifically on the lively and colorful southeast side of the city. We are proud of this , which proves our dedication to quality and creativity, by taking an average residential yard and turning it into an inviting outdoor space. The started with a complete site evaluation, which allowed us to understand the specific challenges of the shape of the site along with the existing vegetation of the site. Our team had to overcome issues with uneven ground and poor drainage, that we solved by implementing a creative grading plan and drainage solutions. Using exceptional materials such as durable flagstone walking paths, river rock harvested from nearby sources, and native species assisted in increasing the longevity of the and fitting into the natural beauty of the site. A beautiful multi-tier garden is the focal point of the 'Landscapes' that uses a color palate of perennials, ornamental grasses, and flowering shrubs to achieve visual interest year-round. A relaxing water feature with a waterfall produces relaxation and adds to the positive outdoor experience. The outdoor living space with original furniture constructed of reclaimed wood invites you to sit down and is made for entertaining. Our horticulturists were careful and painstaking in evaluating the plants for growth in the typical local climate, allowing for a landscape that is sustainable and low maintenance. The organic mulch not only conserves moisture, but enriches the soil for optimal growth. Because of the great attention to detail, our client was pleased to have a beautifully landscaped yard that had personality and increased curb appeal.
