Old Naples - Tropical Oasis Outside Productions Inc. is thrilled to announce our latest , ‘Old Naples - Tropical Oasis’, in a beautiful location in Naples through landscape renovation. This was a where our experience, creativity, and craftsmanship were on full display. This picturesque began with the client’s request to create a peaceful oasis that blended into the local surroundings. To achieve this dream, we designed a tropical-themed landscape that included a colorful display of tropical plants, including woody hibiscus, stately palms, and scented gardenias. All of the plants selected exhibited beauty and durability for the locality. In addition to the types of plants selected, natural stones were introduced as a nice transition through the adjacent private property and along the significant garden paths through the anticipated new landscape. One of the major challenges to the was dealing with several drainage issues that existed prior to renovation. Our team designed and executed a complete drainage system for the new landscape to ensure that all plants and features will last at least as long as possible; we wanted to avoid water sitting around any of the plants during rainy, wet periods with the hope to ensure they would last more than one season. A full irrigation system was included to add support for all the plant health, sustainably. The features a very functional reflection pond for koi with various types of rocks and additional tropical plants surrounding it. The certain view overlooking the reflection pond was designed for night gazing, complete with ambient lighting to illuminate at night the beautiful space, and reflective aspects are ideal to be enjoyed day or night. The final landscape exceeded expectations, as anticipated in the client’s review of their new landscape . I have had the opportunity to see the outdoor space again after completing, and I can share the plants (and koi) are thriving, while also giving ownership to the client with pride to increase their property value, all to their personal space.
