Feature restoration of the upper entrance of a high-end property including architectural restoration and improved functionality. It started with a custom pathway crafted from natural stone pavers, quarried nearby to ensure longevity and harmonious pairing with the natural landscape. The pavers were both practical thereby creating a solid base as well as a statement piece as they led guests through a green wonderland. Along the pathway, we placed multiple flower beds filled with perennials and seasonal blooms to fill the summer months with bright colors and textures. Native plant species were selected to encourage sustainability and serve as pollinators that would help create an environment that attracts full life just outside the clients working environment. We also added some ornamental grasses and evergreens for added color and winter interest. One of the difficulties we had to handle was the leveling of the entryway area, which had an =undulating territorial that could prompt seepage issues. Demonstrating our high skills the landscape was skilfully graded where appropriate to tree canopy to provide a friendly yet clear entrance to the property. Not only did this resolve some potential problems but it greatly improved the design as a whole. The end product was a stunning entry that matched the architecture of the home and the surrounding environment.
