The Powder Room Renovation in Ventnor City, NJ, transformed a once deteriorating space into a stunning showcase of contemporary design and functionality. Originally, the floor was compromised due to severe rotting and sinking, necessitating a complete overhaul. Our skilled team meticulously ripped out the damaged flooring, reinforcing the structure to ensure a solid foundation for the new installation. This foundational work was crucial in creating a lasting and safe environment. Once the structural integrity was restored, we focused on the aesthetics of the space. A beautiful new tile was installed, emphasizing a modern look while ensuring durability. The choice of tiles was carefully curated to enhance the overall ambiance, reflecting a contemporary style that complements the rest of the home. To maintain the character of the original bathroom, the base of the existing sink was refinished. This decision not only preserved the historical integrity of the powder room but also added a touch of elegance to the updated design. In addition to these enhancements, we incorporated a custom piece of granite that serves as a stunning countertop. This granite was selected for its unique veining and color, aligning perfectly with the modern theme of the renovation. Paired with an updated vessel sink and a sleek, contemporary faucet, the space now exudes sophistication and functionality. The vessel sink adds a striking focal point, while the faucet’s design complements the overall aesthetic seamlessly.
