Needle Brothers Inc.So, What Are We Building: Hingham Landscaping Needle Brothers Inc. is proud to present the 'Hingham' landscaping . This located in the beautiful town of Hingham was a full redesign of the outdoor space to fulfill the clients dream of a peaceful and useful garden. This showcases a balance of hardscape and softscape. For the entryways, we used high-end bluestone pavers that gently guide visitors to their destination through native plant beds (#beauty# #ecology#). Strategic granite boulders offer natural allure to the landscape, while also providing some extra outdoor seating for entertaining. One of the biggest challenges we faced was the slope of the land which demanded creative approaches to drain water better and avoid soil erosion. We designed a tiered garden with local stone retaining walls to solve the drainage issues and to make the visual aspect of the garden more attractive in our hands-on approach. To better curate the locale, we custom-built an irrigation system to both sustain the new flora while saving water. They added ambient lighting, highlighting areas of focus in the garden and creating magical pathways at night. The breathtaking result balances function and form with both practicality and beauty, pleasing the client and creating their new home away from home for friends and family alike.
