The 20 Acre Resort in High Meadow Ranch The '20 Acre Resort in High Meadow Ranch', executed by Marquise Pools, is an extraordinary example of beautiful landscaping and creative design. This property now serves Greater Houston and its surrounding communities such as Conroe, Magnolia, Oak Ridge North, Shenandoah, Spring, and The Woodlands, as a lavish retreat that highlights the beauty of the land. The includes a diverse collection of native Texas plants and an elaborate network of walking paths filled with different water features including a beautiful koi pond and a terrific waterfall. In addition to the plants and walking paths, natural stone boulders and decorative stone gravel were brought in to achieve the desired nature look for the . The site brought on its own set of challenges, including uneven ground and drainage issues, however, through thorough grading and drainage we were able to create a natural flow to the landscape design and give it a wonderful long-term, sustainable design. The resort gives way to many outdoor living areas including a custom built pergola covered with climbing vines that can be used to relax and or entertain guests. The function of high quality pavers used on walkways and patios also gives the property durability while also providing an element of classiness. The use of lighting throughout the property brings an added feature to the landscape design and allows the property to look stunning day or night, you can enjoy the property well into the evening. In the end, the final product exceeded the client expectations creating a peaceful oasis that serves as an escape for family gatherings and events. The resort gives you peaceful greenery, water features and landscaping that create a luxury outdoor living experience. Marquise Pools has captured the true essence of landscape luxury living.
