The Brightview Senior Living project in Mount Laurel, NJ, represents a significant enhancement to the outdoor living space, merging functionality with aesthetic appeal. Collaborating with Lorenzo's Outdoor Living, we designed and constructed an Artisan Vinyl Pergola, complemented by an EZ Shade Canopy, to create a versatile and welcoming patio area for residents. This project, initiated in 2015, was meticulously crafted with both the comfort of the seniors in mind and the desire to enrich their living environment. The pergola serves as an elegant focal point, constructed from high-quality vinyl that not only ensures durability but also requires minimal maintenance, making it an ideal choice for a senior living community. The clean lines and traditional design of the pergola harmoniously blend with the overall aesthetic of Brightview Senior Living, enhancing the outdoor experience while providing shaded areas for relaxation and socialization. The addition of the EZ Shade Canopy introduces an innovative approach to outdoor living, allowing residents to enjoy the patio during various weather conditions, whether basking in the sun or seeking refuge from rain. Craftsmanship was paramount in this project, with skilled artisans ensuring that every detail met our high standards. The structure was designed to withstand the elements while providing a comfortable, inviting space that encourages outdoor activities and gatherings. The result is a beautifully designed patio that not only elevates the visual appeal of Brightview Senior Living but also fosters a sense of community among its residents. Ultimately, this project, with a cost range of $7,501 to $10,000, successfully transformed an outdoor area into a vibrant social hub. The combination of thoughtful design, quality materials, and expert craftsmanship has made the patio a cherished space for relaxation, connection, and enjoyment, exemplifying our commitment to enhancing senior living environments.
