About This Project

Backyard Putting Greens / Golf by SYNLawn Oklahoma At SYNLawn Oklahoma, we take ordinary places and give them new life in the outdoor living space. “Backyard Putting Greens / Golf” is another demonstration of our quality and creativity, located in Oklahoma City and built for a golfer to have their own space for practice and entertainment. The final consisted of a 1,200 square foot putting green carted up and crafted with reasonable slopes and cup locations that would test even the best golfers. This product was inspired using our premium SYNLawn turf, which looks and plays like real grass, is all eco-friendly, and has durability and low maintenance. The premium quality turf enhances the built environment and makes it accessible during any time of the year with Oklahoma’s weather conditions. One of the largest hurdles we had to overcome was the slope of the property. Our great team leveled the backyard and created a functional surface for putting. We added engineered drainage systems to solve any water build-up, to make it playable after the hardest rains. We constructed extra landscaping as part of the including flower beds and ornamental grasses that create a border around the putting green. LED lighting was constructed for increased feature and production for nighttime practice under the stars. The client was happy with another great backyard addition that not only serves the basic needs but overall created usability and appeal to their existing property. The client had experienced good communication, a great attention to detail , and felt the putting green was seamless with the surrounding landscape.
