Specialized s: the Landscaping Makeover by Timberland Outdoor Services Timberland Outdoor Services is pleased to announce the completion of our latest , the "Specialized s" landscaping makeover, serving clients in Apple Valley, Bloomington, Burnsville, Chaska, Eden Prairie, Elko, Lakeville, Maple Plain, Minneapolis, New Market, Prior Lake, Saint Paul, Savage, and Shakopee. This was an excellent example of balance of art and function, showcasing a range of landscaping features that seamlessly melded into their surroundings. Our skilled and hardworking team began with a thorough site companion, identifying challenges and features including drainage issues and uneven grade. To achieve a freshened look while ensuring longevity, our plan included high quality materials such as locally sourced granite boulders to create natural-looking retaining walls, durable paver walkways, and a variety of native maple plant that would thrive in our Minnesota climate. The strategically placed plants not only improved their aesthetics, but also addressed functional needs including erosion control, and directed water to help improve drainage. One of the challenges we were faced with was the very steep slope in the back property. Using innovation, we created tiered garden beds which offered not only a beautiful design feature, while also a usable space to plant. Each tier incorporates a variety of perennials and ornamental grasses, with various bloom times to ensure a year-round expression of beauty. The outcome is a stunningly beautiful outdoor oasis that exceeds client expectations and satisfaction. Each phase was created with great precision and attention to detail. From the sounds of a delicate water feature to the sufficiently inviting walk paths to welcome guests to you home! Every inch of this landscape improvement was engineered with both purpose and beauty.
