About This Project

East Hampton Subdivision, Marietta, GA The Landscape Group Inc. is excited to showcase the East Hampton Subdivision , located in the heart of Marietta, GA, and a proposed renovation that we are doing through the Allatoona Resource Conservation and Development Council (RC&D) in the south Cobb area. The goal of this was to enhance the attractiveness and functionality of this community through landscaping. We created beautiful green spaces, flowerbeds, and pathways to help integrate the community with nature. The included installation of many native plants that add biodiversity to the East Hampton neighborhood, while being easy to maintain. Additionally, we utilized high-quality materials (durable stone hardscapes and environmentally-friendly mulch) to beautify and protect the environment. Custom stone retaining walls and terraces were incorporated for visual interest, stormwater erosion, and water drainage due to the area's natural lay of the land. Our team faced the challenge of integrating existing trees and shrubs when renovating the landscape. We were able to meet the challenge with planning and creativity to incorporate them into the landscape, and add to the landscaping without compromising the integrity of the site. The end result is a wonderful landscape that will benefit both the residents in the community, nor visitors to the site. Walkways promote flow, gardens are colorful and beautiful, and seating areas promote relaxation and community gathering. The East Hampton Subdivision showcases The Landscape Group Inc. utility of craftsmanship and quality workmanship for customer satisfaction, which made a lasting impression for Marietta residents, and set our standard of quality and craftsmanship for the area.
