The design and installation of an upscale entryway that marries form and function were key elements of the transformative . Our expert team conducted a site analysis to highlight key elements such as topography and features that would influence our design. By selecting higher quality materials such as natural stone and timber that are sustainably harvested, we are creating homes that will endure and be better for the planet than conventional homes. Your focus point of this was a beautiful custom wrought iron gate, hand decorated with designs that support the personal style of the homeowner. We quickly faced a few obstacles the land slanted from left to right, and we needed to come up with some creative solutions to make a flat surface for the gate and design the landscaping around it. We graded the site, adding drainage solutions to make the site function better, while keeping the natural beauty. In addition to the gate, we improved the surrounding landscape with drought-tolerant native plants and ornamental grasses that grow with ease through the San Diego weather to offer color and texture all year round. Visitors are able to wander through a lush garden along a meandering pathway of flagstone. The end product was a beautiful entryway that not only adds tons of curb appeal, but friendliness as well. The transformation impressed our client as well: they remarked on the attention to detail and how well the hardscaping and softscaping features tie together.
