The construction of the in-ground pool began in 2004, designed to seamlessly integrate with its surroundings while providing a space for relaxation and entertainment. The pool features a hot tub, which serves as a perfect focal point for gatherings. Complementing the pool is a custom-built pool house that was completed shortly after the pool itself. This elegantly designed structure serves multiple functions, providing a comfortable area for dining and entertainment at pool level. Below, the pool house houses essential storage and utilities, while its lower level functions as a retainer, supporting the pool and decking above. In 2015, the landscaping was thoughtfully updated to enhance the natural beauty of the property, incorporating lush greenery and various plantings that frame the pool area beautifully.
