Descriptipion: Plant Install by Beyond Landscaping Beyond landscaping delivers outdoor spaces that are not just beautiful but engaged and functioning landscapes. Our last “Plant Install” is yet another testament to our passion and dedication to excellence and craft in everything we do for our clients across the areas of Leesburg, Milford, Millersburg, Nappanee, North Webster, Syracuse, Wakarusa, Warsaw, Goshen, Ft. Wayne, Granger, Culver, and Mishawaka. The scope of this involved a complete design to selection to install a native plant install with ornamental shrubs and seasonal flowers that were selected for their hardiness and beauty. The design process included numerous discussions with our client to get an understanding of their vision which ultimately led to a well curated palette of plants that featured the natural beauty of the property and promoted local biodiversity. During our soil testing, we noticed that there were different zones of sun exposure and soil quality across the site. Our horticulturists completed a full site analysis and amended the soil with a rich source of organic compost in order to provide proper drainage that was, again, necessary for establishment of plants. Along with the nice selection of plants, we included decorative stones with mulch beds to give definition to the space but to also help better organize the landscape. These items were not only chosen for their aesthetic value, but sustainability aspects for our environment. In the end, the landscape was incredible and really brought the clients vision to life. The herbs and texture of the plants offered much contrast with the hardscape and a creative approach for pretty and functioning design. The client was ecstatic with the new install and could not be happier with how it enhanced their outdoor living style.
