Exercise in Artificiality: The Roads by Monster Grass & Ivy At Monster Grass Artificial Turf & Ivy, we offer you peace of mind, with the knowledge that we are transforming outdoor spaces into lush, green escapes. The Roads, is indeed a perfect showcase of what we are capable of in the landscaping design and execution area. With the non stop renovation in the core of Miami, we face a challenge of a very large scale residential property to strike the right balance between look and the usage of the spaces in and around the house. First, we chose plush but durable low-maintenance artificial turf that gives off that grassy feel. Not only does this create an appealing aesthetic, but it also provides a sustainable solution to an eco-minded homeowner, cutting water usage by great amounts. In addition to the turf we then introduced some native plant varieties and flowering shrubs that can withstand the regional climate and be pollinator civic friendly. The bumpy ground and already existing drains were one of the main problems we ran into with this . The drainage system is designed to be level, allowing water to run away from the home while preserving the contour grading of the landscape. Our team used cutting-edge grading techniques and installed underground drainage systems to make this possible. We also created integrated pathways using permeable pavers that provide both beauty and functionality while ensuring easy navigation of the property. The end result is a beautiful backyard that combines outdoor modern elegance with the beauty of nature. Gone are the days of stark cement; the Roads now boasts green spaces, flora and winding pathways beckoning residents and visitors to stroll .
