Paver Patio at Lake House Ayers Hardscapes & Landscapes LLC This , located in front of a pristine lake, was initiated to create a beautiful outdoor paver patio at a quaint lake house. Ayers Hardscapes and Landscapes LLC serves the Colfax, Greensboro, High Point area and surrounding communities, and we take great pride in improving outdoor spaces into magical destinations. The concept of this was to provide an all purposes outdoor space including entertaining guests, family gatherings, or just enjoying the paradise of nature surrounding the lake house. Our staff heavily studied the layout, terrain and existing landscape of the property. We chose premium, durable pavers with a warm earthy color palette that blended perfectly with the nature surrounding the property. The pavers were selected for their resistance to the elements, reducing maintenance. The design of the pavers provided patterns of detail with a slip resistant surface to accommodate lakeside living. One of the main challenges we faced was the uneven terrain. Proper grading and leveling were required to achieve a stable foundation for the paver patio. Our highly skilled staff expertly assessed the determined plan while utilizing proper techniques to ensure longevity and durability of the installation, even incorporating subtle drainage management for rain runoff related to the terrace. We wanted to ensure that the terrace would not only be sustainable, but that the natural landscape would remain integrated with minimal alteration regarding installation. The end product was nothing short of remarkable. The size of the paver patio allowed us to provide specific zones for the client related to dining, lounging or having a fire pit. The paver patio was designed for the perfect venue for entertaining as well as just unwinding after a long day!
