Residential Front Yard Installation by WinterGreen Synthetic Grass LLC WinterGreen Synthetic Grass LLC is pleased to share another successful Residential Front Yard Installation , completed in Fort Worth, but serving clients in the communities around Alvarado and Arlington. This is a great example of the lovely combination of improvements and outdoor living space we can create for our clients while being conscientious of what they wanted from a modern style with our design. After the client scheduled an appointment, our team began by looking at the existing property and, as we often see in Texas yards, there were a few challenges. For instance, the yard was somewhat uneven, there weren't many sun-lit areas, and there was rocky soil beneath the yard. Our team came up with a specific design to include synthetic grass, an environmentally friendly material that ends up adding native plantings that can withstand the Texas environment highly attractive properties. We designed a winding path of permeable pavers, with stipulations to add functionality of drainage, and a stone border that serves as a base for a small natural garden appeal along the front walk. For permanence, we chose a synthetic grass that looks like sod, but offers some level of permanence to assure that the upkeep typically associated with sod lawns won't be necessary. The install did run over some rocky soil and root systems due to the vegetation around the house, but our crew worked through each hurdle and maintained precision to the lay out. At the end of the process, we created an inviting front yard, and our client was thrilled with the function that it added to their new front yard - definitely an improvement from the once poorly-kept sod lawn. They also mentioned how much they enjoyed coming home each day to the new installation, and how the yard was suited for low-maintenance while still having visual appeal, giving them another space to enjoy the outdoors. It was really another proud and successful for WinterGreen Synthetic Grass LLC, and a testament to the quality turf that we can install in and around Fort Worth!
