This commitment to quality and attention to detail can be seen with this block wall and landscaping as it features a functional wall along with beautiful landscaping to enhance the curb appeal of the home. Our first step in the was to survey the outdoor space our client wanted to work with; which presented some difficulties including an unlevelled ground and poor drainage. A stone retaining wall was expertly integrated to address these base issues not only did it stabilize the site but it also accented an architectural element beautifully. High-quality natural stone was used, carefully selected for the local conditions and decorativeness to make them match the environment perfectly. After getting all the masonry done, we moved on to the landscaping components. We created a cohesive layout with bold flower beds lining the path, an array of native shrubs for year-round interest, and a custom patio for entertaining. Permeable pavers allowed for effective water management for specialized choice of materials + and character. We aimed to be as sustainable as possible with the , bringing in native plants to combat water usage, improve biodiversity and allow for natural ecosystems. The end product was a beautiful outdoor space that met every want of the customer, converting a dreadful backyard into a lovely getaway. The “Before & After” shows features of how our work did not just improve the aesthetics of the area but also the performance. Now the happy homeowner owns a professionally designed yard that features both beauty and functionality, and praise goes to Meticulous Landscaping & Design, Inc.
