Milosi Summer s at a Glance: Welcome to Milosi Landscape Companys, where we present you with some of our recently completed summer s transforming outdoor living space throughout Middle Tennessee and beyond. A maiden venture to further showcase our respect for building, imaginative design, and service to our clients. Landscape for a Home Restored & Ready to Relax Welcome to a whole new lawn, our crew completed an entire landscape overhaul for this home & created a beautiful oasis in which to spend time outdoors. Only native plants were used, selected for their ability to live with little extra care in the chosen climate, in order to provide continuous color with a minimum of maintenance. We laid down a beautiful flagstone walk (locally sourced) to make it nice and easy to walk through here, while also adding to the rustic feel. The main challenge was sloping terrain, which meant devising ingenuous methods to prevent both erosion and poor surface water drainage. We worked with our highly-skilled team to implement a series of terraced garden beds using sustainable materials for the retaining walls. It helped solidify the area, and it also formed good looking layers of lush greenery that beckoned people to discover. The end result is a stunningly beautiful landscape combining aspects of form and function. To create a peaceful atmosphere, a calm water feature with a mild water fall was incorporated as well as a fire pit area for family fun. You loved the fact that you got to see your vision become a reality and turn the client's yard into their own little paradise.
