s: Gardens by Gardening Angel Landscaping Here at Gardening Angel Landscaping, we strive to create the modern outdoor retreat for almost any space, and our latest journey in building ‘Gardens’ reflects that. Set in gorgeous St. Louis, Kirkwood, Glendale, (and adjacent areas and suburbs) the was a garden renovation on a single-family residence designed by the owner using eco-friendly methods and ornamental plants. The client wanted a place in the garden to be both a retreat for a quiet cuppa and a more social space to entertain friends. Our talented team did just that by using quality materials such as locally sourced flagstone for the pathways, composite decking for a outdoor lounge area, and a variety of native plants that are well-suited to our climate. Among the first set of challenges were the hilly grounds which arenow one of the most beautiful aspects of the landscape design and increased with lots of soil grading and soil amendment to provide a level base for the plant and hardscape material. We worked hard to have good drainage so that the garden would work well and the lifespans of your landscaping elements would be extended. The end resulthad been nothing quick ofbeautiful. Now, it reflects an interesting mix of perennial beds in colorful bloom, a calming nearby fountain attracting local wildlife, and open spaces to sit with family and friends. The area where nature is in harmony with human construction has been shaped, to use your creative fleshed-out imagination, where every minute detail has been completed, from the flower beds brilliantly arranged, the sound created from the water flowing, the water springing, your creation has become a heavenly oasis; The client was thrilled with the process and the end result who said that not only did they get the result they wanted, with their new garden transforming their home but also took the garden further than what they could have imagined. Gardening Angel Landscaping is proud to have contributed to this stunning outdoor space that adds aesthetic and environmental value to the property.
