The Colorful Riverside Sunroom project in Wichita, KS, transformed a previously underutilized space into a vibrant and functional area, perfect for both relaxation and mudroom duties. Spanning 10'x12', the sunroom now features large format, stone-look tile that not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also provides durability and ease of maintenance, making it ideal for a home with multiple dogs. This thoughtful design choice allows for a seamless transition from the outdoors to the indoor space, effectively doubling its utility. The layout of the sunroom has been carefully considered to promote both functionality and comfort. A dedicated seating area is positioned on one side, providing an inviting spot for relaxation or enjoying a cup of coffee while overlooking the garden. The opposite side is intentionally kept clear, allowing for ample garden storage and a smooth circulation path, ensuring that the space remains open and accessible. This practical arrangement caters to the needs of a busy household while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The selected color palette further enhances the sunroom's lighthearted vibe.
