Currently, we are showcasing a notable called "Our Work" that demonstrates the quality of our work to serve the beautiful areas around our service region, including Barium Springs, Charlotte, Cornelius, Davidson, Denver, Enochville, Huntersville, Mooresville, Mount Mourne, Mount Ulla, Sherrills Ford, Statesville, Terrell, Troutman, Turnersburg, and Westport. This was an extensive renovation to a broken residential home backyard that was hardly utilized at all. Initially, we started by recognizing that there was a slope, as well as pre-built drainage and sloping issues that needed considerable thought to fix longevity and durability. The first step was to create a presentable drainage system to prevent pooling and future damage to the existing land structures. Then, we incorporated superior products, including heavily textured synthetic turf from SYNlawn to provide a lawn that feels soft and looks alive while being maintenance-free and resisting the weather change of the climate while being environmentally nice. We utilized beautiful stone for the patio that we sourced locally-produced materials that made for excellent family-friendly space and gathering area. The also implemented vigorous flower beds with predominately low-maintenance native plant species for color, vibrancy, and active wildlife visitation, as well as soft landscape lighting highlighting the patio and flower beds to give needed light and added ambiance. The outcomes were incredible, creating a space that provided quality and curb-appeal on a formerly broken, underutilized, and dangerous area of the yard. Moreover, our client was thoroughly pleased, suggesting this has certainly become their favorite spot of the house to enjoy guests and family to relax.
