The House on the Hill project represents a stunning transformation of a hillside residence, elevating it from ordinary to extraordinary through an extensive whole house renovation that was completed in 2015. The design vision embraced contemporary elegance, with a focus on creating functional spaces that resonate with modern aesthetics while retaining warmth and sophistication. At the heart of this renovation is the custom cabinetry, meticulously designed and crafted by our skilled team. We utilized premium woods such as quarter-sawn oak, cherry, and walnut, ensuring that each piece not only serves its purpose but also enhances the overall ambiance of the home. The cabinetry, characterized by its clean lines and rich finishes, plays a central role in defining the interior’s contemporary style, creating a seamless flow between the various living areas. One of the standout features of this project is the media center/display cabinet, which was thoughtfully designed to ingeniously enclose existing structural columns while providing ample display space for artwork and personal treasures. This approach not only maximizes functionality but also adds an element of interest and sophistication to the living space, inviting guests to appreciate the curated displays. Collaboration was key to the success of this project, as we worked closely with Ammirato Construction, ensuring that every detail was executed with precision. This partnership allowed us to address challenges creatively and maintain the integrity of the design vision throughout the construction process. The outcome is a beautifully remodeled home that boasts a contemporary master bathroom featuring elegant beige tile and stone slab limestone flooring, complemented by raised-panel cabinets in dark wood. The use of quartzite countertops, an undermount sink, and a one-piece toilet contributes to the bathroom's luxurious feel, making it not just a functional space but a true sanctuary. The House on the Hill stands as a testament to what can be achieved when innovative design meets expert craftsmanship, creating a living environment that is both stylish and inviting.
