: Modern Outdoor Living Space Images by Bilowz Associates Inc., Located in Sterling, Bilowz Associates Inc. recently converted an ordinary backyard into the beautiful Contemporary Outdoor Living Space seen below that combines beauty and function. Aromatouse - Renovation this sprawling reno was envisioned to be an alluring respite for the family, suited for leisure, and entertainment. The focal point of the is the large multi-level deck built using top grade high performance composite for maximum durability and maintenance free aesthetics. Stylish Modern railings surround the deck to help keep you safe without taking away from the stunning visual landscaping. Next to the patio, we included a custom outdoor kitchen area, the ideal setting for your chef, featuring a stainless steel grilling station, granite countertops, and lots of storage. To raise the ambiance, we installed decorative landscape lighting throughout the property to display foundational features and set a warm and cozy atmosphere for nights of entertaining. In order to ensure environmental sustainability, the plant selection has been meticulously curated to consist of durable perennials and ornamental grasses that remain intact throughout the year providing color and texture. The most pronounced of these was the property's slope, which needed a lot of grading in order to make it flat and workable. Our team designed tiered planting beds that alleviated the slope issues and created dimensionality within the landscape. The end result is a contemporary outdoor sanctuary, with a fire pit, lounging zones, and greenery that encourages peace or togetherness. Our happy client can now relax in their new outdoor living space, ideal for summer barbeques or quiet nights under the stars.
