This San Marcos C & H Gardens Artistic Landscape & Tree Service Located in San Marcos, C & H Gardens Artistic Landscape & Tree Service turned a traditional backyard into a spectacular retreat. The extensive landscaping highlighted the quality and artistry of the business, providing an outdoor space that beautifully complements the architecture of the house. After careful research and site analysis to help inform the needs of the client who desired a peaceful getaway that blends into the nature. Our team infused elements including native plant palates, statement hardscaping pieces and usable outdoor living spaces. A beautiful flagstone patio that serves as a great place for family get-togethers and a custom fire pit to warm up by at night. Installation presented its share of obstacles since the site was hilly and had poor drainage. Expertly, our team rocked this out by leveling the land properly and devising a unique draining system so that the water easily moves away from the home retaining the landscape as well as the house. We used plants that are adapted to the local climate which are more drought-resistant and require less maintenance to keep them going making sustainability easier to enhance. The end result was an exceptionally composed landscape that extended beyond the expectation of the client. This design encourages the free flow of traffic from the patio to the garden and the diverse plant material adds color and texture throughout the seasons. Our clients love the transformation, calling this their new favorite place to entertain and unwind.
