The Guest Rooms project, initiated in 2016, embodies the essence of farmhouse design, seamlessly blending comfort with rustic charm. Located in Burlington, this renovation aimed to transform existing spaces into inviting guest accommodations that reflect a timeless aesthetic while ensuring modern functionality. With a budget ranging from $10,001 to $25,000, our team meticulously curated every detail, resulting in a harmonious and stylish environment. In conceptualizing the guest rooms, we turned to classic farmhouse elements, utilizing a warm color palette that includes soft whites, muted grays, and natural wood tones. The choice of materials was paramount; we selected durable, high-quality finishes that not only enhance the visual appeal but also withstand the test of time. Elegant shiplap walls introduce texture and character, while reclaimed wood beams accentuate the ceilings, providing an authentic farmhouse feel. Craftsmanship played a crucial role in this project, with skilled artisans bringing the design to life through custom-built furniture and fixtures. Each guest room features bespoke headboards, crafted from reclaimed barn wood, which serve as stunning focal points.
