About This Project

- Fairview Farms by ALPINE Landscaping & Irrigation, LLC Located in Edmond, Oklahoma, Fairview Farms is a new example of imaginative landscaping created by ALPINE Landscaping & Irrigation, LLC. This client's estate was transformed into a lively outdoor space with vibrant gardens, usable and functional spaces to entertain outdoors, and sustainable irrigation to reflect the beauty of nature. The design combined ornamental and native plant choices. The plants that were selected, were based on their ability to successfully thrive in the Oklahoma climate. Locally sourced flagstone was used to create a path that meanders in and out of each zone providing a visually attractive way to navigate the gardens, as well as functional access. Within the Garden Retreat, there is a beautiful water feature incorporating a waterfall. The sound of water flowing not only enhances the environment, but it’s also inviting to the local wildlife and the entire landscape is benefited. ALPINE was charged with leveling and grading the property which consists of an uneven elevation and provided terraced gardens for visual interest and usability. We created a sustainable irrigation system that is highly-efficient while promoting water usage and healthy plant material. This provides sustainability and minimizes waste without jeopardizing the health of the landscape. For entertainment, the outdoor kitchen area with built-in cabinets and stone countertops gives functional space for family and friends to gather outdoors while enjoying all the indoor amenities. When the Fairview Farms was completed, it achieved the client's expectation and beyond; requiring ALPINE to take their vision and recreate it in a spectacular product. The quality of materials, superior craftsmanship, and intentional design effectively improved the functionality and aesthetic of the property increased the market value of the property as well. ALPINE Landscaping & Irrigation, LLC is proud to have built a landscape that clients will enjoy for many years with family and friends providing a beautiful setting in the heart of Oklahoma.
