Old Barn - A Landscaping Makeover by Seoane Landscape Design. Located in the amazing New England environment, 'Old Barn' is a wonderful refinishing by Seoane Landscape Design that reinforces our mission to change outdoor spaces into beautiful outdoor living places. Serving customers from Avon to Braintree, Bridgewater and beyond, we took a rundown old property from an unsightly eyesore to a complete living oasis, both visually and structurally. We drawn out the barn's stripped-down aesthetic while integrating new landscaping elements outside. We carefully selected native plants to thrive in the surrounding climate zone. We used a durable, reclaimed stone to make the path connected to the barn, adding an organic feel while restoring the barn heritage. One significant challenge we were able to address for this client is the terrain surrounding the barn is uneven. Our experienced team leveled and graded this part of the property, creating an easy transition from the property to the landscape and gardens. We crafted a beautiful water feature, designed with a natural stone cascading waterfall for a stylish and serene centerpiece. Now, local wildlife come to visit our client while they enjoy the setting and unwind. What did we achieve? A spectacular landscape with the marriage of the old and new, flower beds lined with plantings, visitor seating area, and a vegetable garden that encourages the family to live sustainably. The overall transitions in this have brought fulfillment to our clients with enough space to engage in their lifestyle values in their new backyard oasis.
