The Tanglewood Contemporary His & Her Bath project represents a transformative remodeling of outdated bathrooms into sophisticated, functional spaces that reflect the homeowners' contemporary aesthetic. Each bathroom has been meticulously designed to enhance comfort and style while catering to individual needs. "His" Bathroom features a luxurious walk-in shower adorned with vertical rectangular cut Calcutta marble tiles, providing a modern yet elegant backdrop. The rain shower head and a hand-held shower on an adjustable rod add versatility, ensuring an indulgent experience. The vanity in "His" Bathroom is crafted from dark burnished cherry wood, topped with a stunning Calcutta marble countertop that complements the overall design. Wall-to-wall mirrors above the vanity are accentuated with inset vertical lighting, creating a bright and spacious ambiance. The seamless transition from hardwood flooring in the bathroom to the master bedroom enhances the continuity of the space, creating a unified look throughout. In "Her" Bathroom, a gorgeous soaking tub is strategically positioned in front of an offset wall, which showcases a decorative mosaic of glass tiles above and Calcutta marble tiles below. This feature is beautifully illuminated from behind, giving the tub a floating effect that adds to the serene atmosphere. The wall and tub are angled towards a glass wall that opens up to a private garden, allowing natural light to flood the room and providing a tranquil view. The wall-hung vanity in "Her" Bathroom mirrors the dark burnished cherry wood aesthetic while incorporating lighting beneath to maintain the floating effect. The flooring, made of Texas Leuter's Limestone, harmonizes with the taupe tones in the Calcutta marble, further enhancing the cohesive design. Both bathrooms are equipped with their own private closets and toilets, ensuring functionality meets luxury.
