We completed a recent in Newnan that is a testament to quality work and imagination, resulting in a landscape that integrates nature and design. As with all of our in-depth landscaping s, we began with a thoughtful consult to gather client information, and better understand their needs and desires. The area was an uneven terrain with limited sun exposure, making it difficult to choose plants and layout. Our team took the time to carefully grade the land, ensuring accurate drainage to reduce surface water on the property, while creating a visually appealing contour that improved the overall aesthetics of the landscape. As a landscaping , we planted various native plants that are well suited to the climate in Newnan, the emphasis being on drought-resistant plants that also provide attractive and colourful flowers. In addition to plantings, we also included abundant native flowering perennial habitat space, constructed hardscape material, from locally sourced flagstone, to develop a custom stone pathway which provides functionality, and rustic charm in complimenting the plantings. We also installed a tranquil water feature that serves as an anchor to the developed landscape, using the subtle sounds of the gently babbling water to create a relaxing environment that is good for taking a break, or hosting friends and family. It was a bit of a challenge to integrate the water feature into the pre-exiting landscaping to the site, and we do this placement using natural boulders so they would blend into the landscape seamlessly. The final product turned out beautifully with a relaxing outdoor oasis that had the aesthetics of greenery, pathways, and the related presence of the water feature to engage in outdoor activities. The client was so pleased with the results saying it enhances their home away from home opportunities, and established a relaxing environment for their family life.
