'Our Work' by Rosainz Landscape and Maintenance At Rosainz Landscape and Maintenance, we have a passion for beautifying outdoor and garden spaces to bring our clients visions to life. In our newest 'Our Work', we transformed a family home located in the beautiful neighborhood of Encino for customers from areas nearby including Granada Hills, Northridge, and Porter Ranch. The involved an overall redesign of the front, and back yards with a focus on achieving some functionality in the yard while still allowing the space to be beautiful. The customer wanted to create a garden that was low-maintenance while thriving in our climate, so the family can have quality time together sharing meals outdoors. We selected a mixture of drought-resistant plant material including succulents and native grasses that are meant to be beautiful and contribute to conservation. Our was unique due to accessibility being made challenging by the slope of the property. We reconstructed a terracing system made from quality natural stone retaining walls which helped stabilize the soil while providing rustic charm. The walls were aesthetically pleasing and effective in preventing soil erosion. We also installed a custom patio made from eco-friendly pavers, allowing the family to dined and enjoyed the outdoors in comfort. The patio contains a built-in fire pit to further extend the hours they can enjoy their outdoor time. We concealed LED fixtures to help highlight some of the garden features like the retaining walls, which elevated the space at night. The finished landscape was stunning and exceeded the customers thinking. There is an abundance of function, plant selection, and hardscaping that prvided the customers, private space of enjoyment in their landscape. Our dedication to creating quality work for our valued clients helped produce stunning beauty all around our customers' house.
