The exterior design project showcased in the “before and after” images highlights a remarkable transformation of a contemporary home in Portland. The initial facade presented a lackluster appearance, characterized by outdated materials and an uninspired color palette that failed to capture the essence of modern design. Our goal was to breathe new life into the front facade, creating an inviting and aesthetically pleasing entryway that harmonizes with the surrounding neighborhood. The project commenced with a comprehensive evaluation of the existing structure, allowing us to identify key areas for improvement. We opted for a fresh, contemporary color scheme that incorporates soft neutrals accented with bold, darker tones, providing a striking contrast that enhances the home's architectural features. The use of high-quality, weather-resistant materials was paramount, ensuring durability while maintaining a modern look. We selected sleek metal siding for a portion of the facade, complemented by natural wood accents that add warmth and texture to the overall design.
