Landscape Design by Smoot Landscaping, LLC As a member of Smoot Landscaping, LLC, it has been our pleasure to take outdoor areas and rejuvenate them into beautiful, functional landscapes. Our most recent , Landscape Design, located in Muncie, is a fine example of our standard of work and design. Landscape Design was a renovation of a tired and overgrown residential yard. One of the features that our team had to work with was a schedule yard condition. We achieved a beautiful, multi-level garden with terraced flower beds. To complete the design, we selected a mixture of hardy native plants and perennials providing seasonal interest. We created a landscaping environment that is low maintenance and sustainable. Also, we designed and built a natural stone retaining wall that sculpted and fixed some poor drainage conditions. And it serve as an aesthetically pleasing feature. To expand and elevate the outdoor experience, the included a newly built custom patio made with pavers that serve as a quality location to gather and entertain. In addition, we utilized gravel as a winding path to visitors, surrounded by ornamental grasses. The landscape included lighting so that some of the features would be illuminated as well as extend at least some use into the evening. The skilled Smoot Landscaping, LLC crew navigated all kinds of challenges from uneven soil to poor sun conditions. We designed drainage solutions based on conditions and when selecting the plants we also included a variety that would tolerate the low light conditions. The final product was an integrated and enjoyable landscape that was both beautiful and functional. The customer was amazed by the transformation. The customers stated as a result of working with Smoot Landscaping that the new design increased curb appeal and provided a beautiful place to relax and gather with family.
