The Deck Remodel project transformed a previously existing small single upper deck into an impressive double deck spanning approximately 1,000 square feet. This renovation, completed in 2016, involved the complete removal of the old upper deck to make way for an expansive new design that optimally utilizes the outdoor space. The lower deck features a robust concrete foundation, specifically designed to accommodate three large dog kennels, ensuring a comfortable and secure environment for pets. Craftsmanship was paramount in this project, as the upper deck was constructed using TREX Transcends Lava Rock decking, a premium material known for its durability and aesthetic appeal.
