The scope of this was the installation of a bespoke water feature, combining nature and art to provide tranquillity in the flowing water as a focal point to the property. This consists of a beautiful pond made of natural stone, one of the best for blending into the landscape that gives the area a rustic, yet elegant look. We planted native plants like colorful water lilies and reeds around the pond to increase wildlife value. By choosing durable and eco-friendly materials, the feature was not just aesthetic but functional. The other major challenge we had to work with was the existing terrain, which where ample grading and drainage solutions were needed for optimum water flow and to prevent erosion. Overcoming these challenges required ingenuity and planning by our skilled team, but the end result was a harmonious integration of the water feature within its surrounding landscape. We also installed understated LED lights that glow in the pond at night time so the homeowners can enjoy the relaxing reflections on the water then! Also, a winding stone path leads around the feature giving visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in the calm. The final product was a beautiful landscape that made our clients happy and transformed they backyard into a private getaway.
