The Hayes Residents Architect: Fransen Group Fransen Group proudly brings you The Hayes Residents , demonstrating our expertise in landscaping and exemplifying the texture creating vibrant communities in Louisville and surrounding cities. The range of landscaping services included in this full landscaping transformation showcased the natural beauty that intertwined with architectural beauty and elevated the Hayes family outdoor living experience. Our starting point on the was having a very long consultation with the client what they wanted. Our experienced team overcame a number of challenges including the undulating nature of the site and the provision of permeable drainage. To overcome these challenges as well to create some interest in the property we worked with a tiered garden design. The called for the addition of stone patio using Bluestone quarried locally so look great, but also built to withstand the elements. We created garden beds around the entire patio with a palette of native plants and perennials that will provide color all year round with a very low maintenance requirement. Materials used were very crucial; we used organic mulch and organic fertilizers thus supporting the local ecosystem. We added custom wood trellises with climbing vines to add verticality and interest and privacy to the area. To further complement this landscape, ambient lighting was installed to create a place for evenings to be enjoyed. The end result was an outdoor oasis that blew the Hayes family away! The fact they are so pleased with what we have done speaks volumes to the kind of work we do and how we strive to meet every customers needs.
