Krewe Du Brue Contractors LLC -> Photo Album Krewe Du Brue Contractors LLC is debuting an outdoor space we refer to as "Photo Album," #KreweDuBrue where moments are made, and where families are photographed. FEATURED Centered in the bosom of Metairie, this is a true testament to our ability to customize elements needed to suit the individual style of our particular clients while also incorporating quality craftsmanship and innovative feel. Here is a photo album filled with landscaping, including an incredible flower garden where the owners select a tapestry of flowers for each season, giving a lush display of blooms with color and fragrance throughout the year! In addition to choosing high-quality native plants that take the eye, that support native biodiversity, and that save water. The garden is connected with a winding stone pathway made from an in situ locally available flagstone that creates a beautiful connection with its surrounding earth. The property was quite uneven topographically, which is one of the bigger challenges Amy confronted. Our experienced crew carefully shaped the land, providing drainage and preventing erosion. After such meticulous painstaking work was done, it was time to install a modern irrigation system so that this garden could continue to available with a good supply of water and remain blossoming in hot months. This led to the final touches of a quaint outdoor space with custom built wooden benches and a fire pit for family and evenings. Aromatic herb gardens bordering the seating area provide not only beauty but utility. When finished the clients were thrilled with how their outdoor setting had been transformed from a generic box into a stunning backdrop for a visual story of their family. Those memories which are created during a such as the "Photo Album" will last for decades and will also serve to increase the value of the home.
