The South Mercer Island project represents a remarkable transformation of a plain vanilla 1970s home into a modern, spacious family residence that beautifully balances functionality with contemporary design. The renovation focused on an open concept layout, where interior walls were thoughtfully removed to create a seamless connection between the living, dining, and kitchen areas.
