We start all of our s with a thorough consultation to help us understand the client’s vision, style and lifestyle. This included a lovely balance of hardscaping and softscaping. The finished design included a bluestone patio made of New Hampshire bluestone. The stone was sourced locally and provides a beautiful and durable outdoor living space for the client to entertain and unwind. We also added a string of energy efficient LED lights to the patio to help showcase the garden surrounding the patio in addition to providing safety for the client during evening gatherings. This particular site had challenges that we consider a normal process with any . Our skilled team helps to manage any situational challenges such as uneven terrain and drainage problems to ensure that the is completed successfully. In order to manage the bother with rainfall, we engineered a slope and proper drainage to accommodate for proper water drainage while also helping to prevent any erosion. The gardens surrounding the patio we designed contained all native perennials, varying in color and texture, along with trees and shrubs, all selected to support the pollinator population in the area, while requiring little to no maintenance. A decorative stone path was an added feature for clients to traverse through the gardens, creating yet another connection between the outdoor living space and the surrounding beauty of the landscape. This beautiful outdoor space was designed and executed above the client’s expectations. The clients outdoor experience was changed from a lawn into an oasis that creates a lovely balance of nature and functionality.
