In this extensive landscaping , we converted an normal patio into a beautiful oasis demonstrating our level of quality and craftsmanship. We started with an extensive consultation to learn the client vision, including a sense of peaceful monument connected to the nature around it. A truly remarkable aspect of this was the addition of an impressive, tiered garden designed to utilize California natives for sustainability and ease of maintenance. On offer is an assortment of drought-agnostic blooms, from bold succulents to fragrant lavender to thirsty little ferns, improving not only visual interest but local biodiversity as a whole. In order to enhance the calm feeling, we have designed a meandering stone path through the middle of the garden using locally sourced flagstone, which will help in moving visitors through the garden and allow from a natural flow point of view. Along with this trail were boulders that have been placed along the path, giving a certain amount of texture as well as permanence to the landscape. Set under a custom-built, reclaimed redwood pergola, a shaded retreat adds to the outdoor enjoyment. Despite dealing with things like steep terrain and variable soils during the , the team was well-prepared and applied creative solutions for stabilization and long-term results. From the fastidious arrangement of our plant locations to the careful installation of a drip irrigation system that has been designed to only use water yet keep the garden alive, it can be seen that we mean it when we say, hunter cove homes have excellent quality.
