Louisiana Support Initiative

The Louisiana Plan Assistance project emerged in response to the devastating floods that impacted communities across Louisiana in 2016, resulting in numerous unplanned large-scale remodeling projects. Our primary objective was to expedite the restoration process for families, ensuring they could return to their homes as swiftly as possible while maintaining quality and functionality. This initiative focused on implementing economic design solutions that effectively utilized existing plumbing and electrical configurations, minimizing the need for extensive structural modifications. In this project, we employed stock Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) cabinets, a strategic choice that significantly reduced lead times without compromising on aesthetic appeal or utility. These cabinets were selected for their versatility and ease of customization, allowing us to tailor each installation to accommodate the unique architectural challenges presented by the pre-existing spaces. Our design team worked diligently to create transitional drawings that reflect modern sensibilities while harmonizing with the traditional elements of Louisiana homes, ensuring a seamless integration of new and existing features. The craftsmanship involved in the project was characterized by meticulous attention to detail, with skilled artisans executing the installation of cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures to the highest standards. Each kitchen remodel was designed not just for beauty but also for practicality, incorporating efficient layouts that enhance workflow and maximize storage.
