The Perry Street Rancher project represents a stunning transformation of a mid-century ranch home in Spokane’s South Hill, showcasing a meticulous approach to landscape design that prioritizes both aesthetics and sustainability. Central to this renovation was the replacement of an aging asphalt driveway, which was upgraded to elegant precast concrete pavers. To further elevate the landscape, the front lawn was intentionally reduced in size, promoting water conservation while creating a more streamlined and modern appearance.
