The natural stone creates a durable and beautiful base for the outdoor gathering area. Native plants and ornamental grass surround the patio and assist in enlarging the ecological balance of the area with predictive resilience and beauty all year long. The permeability of the pavers, in addition to an aesthetic component, addresses the very common drainage issue in the region. One of the niche challenges faced was uneven ground. Our crew leveled the area to create a creative layered plant bed in the garden along with beautiful lighting which added another dimensional element while emanating a soft, “welcome home” element illuminated and relevant to any gathering, evening or day. The most striking part of the is the custom built, reclaimed wood garden house with large windows which bathes the space in both natural light and local scenic views. The outcome is a space that can be enjoyed in multiple capacities such as a hobby spot or a hosting environment, and when not utilized, a reflective space to ponder life around within or outside the garden house. When the was completed, the client was overjoyed with how beautiful the entire turned out. However, equally appreciated were the added in craftsmanship that our crew showed in their efforts.
