This is an example of a contemporary water feature in San Diego. PACIFIC DREAMSCAPES took this backyard from ordinary to otherworldly in 'Carlsbad Fire Pit and Pondless Waterfall' , all done from within the heart of Carlsbad, California. What a fantastic landscape design to have a comfy fire pit for cozy evening gatherings, and this amazing pondless waterfall to give a tranquil auditory element to the design. Built with natural stone of top quality and strong material, as well as guidance from a detail-oriented team, the contrasting fire pit adapts to the home exterior to form a classic gathering spot/event location as well as a focal point to observe. We added sophisticated, weatherproof seating around the fire pit to provide an attraction for friends and family to gather. This pondless waterfall was built to enhance the relaxing atmosphere that water provides without the maintenance concerns of a traditional pond with cascading water flow over stacked boulders. Despite site-specific challenges including sloped topography and existing vegetation, our team delivered an integrated water/still stone solution that promoted the natural visual landscape.
