Escobedo Landscaping by Drip DTS Design and Build Located in the Chino Hills, the Escobedo showcases the artistry and craftsmanship Drip DTS Design and Build applies on all landscaping s. The was a perfect blend of form and function, purposefully intended to enhance the outdoor living experience while ensuring sustainable practice. At the beginning of the , our team was challenged with a slope that would require grading, and drainage solutions. We installed high-quality, permeable pavers to construct beautiful walkways that allow for the out door space to flow while utilizing proper water management. Native drought resistant plants were introduced, showcasing a lively landscape without the need for supplemental irrigation, showcasing our value in sustainable design. The Escobedo 's centerpiece includes a beautiful custom-built firepit with natural stone that matches the surrounding area. The firepit is surrounded by lush seating areas, ideal for family gatherings or a quiet night under the stars. We also integrated a few tall ornamental grasses and a range of tall evergreen shrubs for added privacy, while contributing lush green vibrant landscape. Craftsmen carefully and thoroughly constructed an advanced irrigation system to be water efficient while servicing the plants unique to the . The addition of ambient lighting around various elements of the landscape at night creates ambiance and a landscape transformed at night. The end result is a magnificent outdoor area that not only impressed the Escobedo family but also supplied them with a garden making for outdoor areas extending their home.
