The Point by Terranova Landscapes & Designs Inc. Situated in Clearwater Beach, 'The Point' is a beautiful landscape that exemplifies the coastal lifestyle. Terranova Landscapes & Designs Inc. completed this demonstrating quality and creative design in an area that encompasses Belleair, Dunedin, and St. Petersburg. This design incorporates a blend of native species and tropical vegetation allowing for compatibility with ecological and coastal conditions, but also place a focus on the scenic waterfront. We incorporated bougainvillea, palms and ornamental grasses throughout the design connecting the home to the beach. We also chosen high quality materials to incorporate natural stone pavers and reclaimed wood for the raised garden beds to provide durability and aesthetic value. There were several obstacles faced throughout the from lack of uniform topography to salt from sprinklers and rain which ask for drainage solutions and salt resistant plant selections. Planning and executing thoughtful solutions gave us the ability to convert obsticles into opportunities to enhance natural growth for longevity. The outcome speaks for itself, the outdoor area is a beautiful space for leisure and enjoyment. The had a serene sitting area with a view to the water, charming walkways and multiple ornamental gardens to provide color year round. Our client was thrilled and exclaimed that 'the Point' became their favorite gathering area for family and friends to enjoy the coastal lifestyle they have envisioned.
