NEW LANDSCAPE - SANCTUARY POINTE RC Custom Landscape & Stonework is excited to share our latest , 'New Landscape - Sanctuary Pointe'. The is a breathtaking transformation of outdoor living spaces, located in one of the most beautiful areas of Colorado outside of Black Forest. The spanned over 2600 sq. ft. and involved the complete redesign of the client's outdoor area. Notably, we incorporated a multi-tiered, local flagstone patio, providing a beautiful spaces for outdoor entertaining. To accentuate the natural environment surrounding the landscape, we included a calming water feature, which runs gently into the beautiful landscape pond, attracting local wildlife while providing a calming space. The RC Custom team faced the opportunity of working on varying terrain and vegetation, which required creative design solutions that accepted and blended within the natural environment. Working with drought-resistant and native species, we engineered colorful garden beds to enhance the beauty of the garden while continuing sustainable and low-maintenance goals. Natural stone boulders were incorporated throughout the landscape to provide a textural element to the overall beauty of this . In addition to the hardscaping, our artisans custom built wooden trellises for climbing vines, maximizing the vertical elements and ensuring shade for the warmer months. Outdoor lighting design was also implemented to ensure the beauty of Sanctuary Pointe could be enjoyed by day or by night. The end result is a stunning outdoor space that exceeded the client's expectations, providing a designer/functional space while exemplifying artistry. This wonderful blend of stone, water and green will add value to this property and enhance peaceful family get-togethers or quiet nights.
