Courtyard Home Patio Remodel by StudioScape, PLLC Located in the center of Tulsa, the Courtyard Home Patio Remodel by StudioScape, PLLC is truly a piece of landscape art and thoughtful design. This remodel took an underutilized outdoor space and made it into a beautiful outdoor space for relaxation and entertaining. The remodel process began with choosing high-quality materials, such as natural stone pavers, which offer durability and style. Each piece of stone was intentionally laid to create a beautiful and inviting patio surface that further adds to the exterior charm of the home. Additionally, we added beautiful planters and filled them with native plants to provide a vibrant palette of color and texture throughout each season for local biodiversity. One of the challenges in the was the uneven grade of the site. Our crews leveled the site while incorporating a discreet drainage system to eliminate ponding water during the rainy season in Tulsa, both improving the functionality of the space and protecting the newly established features. The end-result was a breathtaking courtyard space complete with a custom firepit for gatherings under the stars, and semi-private seating that fosters social interaction with the group. There was soft landscape lighting strategically placed to highlight the focal points as the evening darkness created a cozy ambiance. The clients were overjoyed with the transformation of their outdoor living space and mentioned it not only improved the aesthetics of their home, but also provided a tranquil retreat from the daily grind of life.
