This recent d "Before & After" represents our commitment to quality and creativity in landscaping. This complete renovation occurred at a beautiful suburban home located in Greenwich, where we were charged with the task of redeveloping a dated and underutilized yard. The existing landscape consisted of overgrown shrubs and a tired, cracked patio that limited the homeowner's enjoyment of the outdoors. Our experienced and talented team worked closely with the homeowners to transform their small yard into a cohesive design that includes a bright and inviting garden. The first step in the renovation was the demolition of all existing hardscapes and plant material to allow for some new elements. Once we cleared the yard, we were able to install a new landscape design featuring many native plants, colorful perennials, and a variety of ornamental grasses that ensure interest for three seasons. We utilized high-quality materials to ensure durability and aesthetics, including natural stone for the new patio; it is one of the renovations central to the new outdoor experience and was creatively installed in a circular shape for the enjoyment of outdoor dining with family and fiends. We incorporated custom stone paths leading to various points in the yard that effortlessly connected other outdoor spaces to paved areas. These paths serve as an appropriate guide to the various flower beds and lush greenery. Another significant challenge for the property was an elevation change in the yard, which we used to create a tiered garden. We addressed this by incorporating retaining walls made from locally sourced stone, which helped manage the sloped landscape, while visually and spatially define other garden spaces for planting. In the end, we created an incredible outdoor experience which enhances the home's livability while meeting the homeowner's desires. The reviewed landscape encompasses a new dining experience, colorful flowers and plants throughout each season and calming water features that improves the soundscape of the garden.
